Deposits: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required upon making the reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent.
Cancellations: A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days of the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made with thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment, unless the rental can be rebook.
Check-In/Check-Out: If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please notify us in advance and we will try to accommodate you depending on occupancy.

Please rent an all-wheel or four-wheel drive vehicle for easy parking near the rental. Our driveway is very steep and two-wheel drive vehicles tear up the road. The alternative is to park in our off-street parking by the highway and walk up and down the driveway. *Call for suggestions on car rental companies.
